Shift4 has been a registered NZ company since 2003. Since then Shift4 has worked in a number of industries.

Initially set up as an importer and distributor for sports related products, across both New Zealand and Australia, Shift4 moved into web and general agency media off the back of the directors earlier media publishing experience.

This led to event creation and management; which also led into product and brand creation and development.

​

Shift4 still operates in the wholesale import and distribution industry in building materials.
